I usually don't do these but i happened to be a diehard fan of this classic franchise. So here we go.
-Gemini Sunrise details-

Upon using Ougi reduce all abilities CD by 2 turns.
Ougi Modifier : 3.5x -Typical SR modifier-
Ougi Modifier (Mecha form) : 4.375x (+25%) -This is higher than Zeta and 5* SR- -Typical SSR modifier is 4.5x/ 5* SSR is 5x-

CD 6T Duration 2T 10% ougi bar cost
2nd skill : Damage cap 220k, inflict Attack down by 10% on target. Stackable with Miserable Mist.

3rd skill : self-buff Fire attribute damage up 30%, Fire additional damage 30%, Aggro up. Stackable with other character elemental buff like Yuel.
CD 12T Duration 5T

A really strong Fire attacker that is might as well a SSR in term of fire power. Shine greatly at early game till midgame per usual as an attacker of this level.
However she does fall behind in HL content due to the fact that her 3rd skills, which is her strongest buff cause her to be an aggro attractor. The skill itself grant her weak aggro attract, but it does stack with the aggro up in Mecha form as well, cause her to be target more often than she can handle. Can be a good or bad thing depend on how the users view it, still a risk.
Tl;dr : Very strong attacker but might require some moderate care in HL/Endgame content.

Ougi Healing Power (Mecha form) : Instant AoE Heal 2000 HP, 5 turns AoE regen of 250 HP per.

1st skill : 8 Hits regardless of number of enemies on field, low modifier. Cap at 35k x 8
CD 6T
2nd skill : Instant AoE Heal 1000 HP
CD 8T
3rd skill : Revive an ally by chance, only usable during Mecha form (success rate is hard to verify but should be at least 50%)
CD 15T (2T if fail until success)

When in Mecha form, Attack up +50%, defense up 30%, Critical up (when critical +20% damage), debuff resistance up, aggro up.

Erica is one exceptional healer for her rarity, or even for Light element itself. Coupling her with a team that can fire off Ougi often will make her healing become godly. On top of that, she can pack quite a punch also due to being a gun-based character and mecha form. Topping all of this, she is the second GBF non-MC character that has instant revive, beside Sophia making her even more valuable.
Her downside is that her ougi attack deals no damage, and she does draw aggro to herself during Mecha form, even if she is more durable during it. Last but not least, she doesn't have Clear too. Her max attack stat is just 4000 can hurt her damage if you are using a Sword-based deck instead of Gun-based.
--Erica can be a great off-element healer in a Grande team if you ever need one, since in Grande off-element character Ougi almost doesn't matter so her downside there has minimal effect and can just do its job, healing and healing. Being Light mean she isn't weak to any element also.

2nd skill : Damage cap 220k, inflict Attack down by 10% on all target. Stackable with Miserable Mist.

3rd skill : Locking enemy break state while dealing damage. Cap at 280k~
CD 9T

Sakura is a balanced character , just as her type. She has good stats but not too high, and a balanced skill set that doesn't excel so much towards any direction nor putting her at a disadvantage. She can do well from early game all the way to HL/Endgame content though because she is, like other Sakura Wars characters, have the help of Mecha form on top of the balanced skill set.
Sakura 1st skill does shine enough to become a perk of Sakura. It has short CD yet decently long duration, packing 20% damage up that stack with other attack buff. Using it together with Ougi can extend the duration all the way to 6T (cause reducing 2T CD of abilities is as good as letting her recast the skill on the turn it ends.)
3rd skill is highly strategic for most bosses fight. It is also rare enough among Wind characters to have it.
Sakura downside is that she doesn't have much of DA/TA based, due to being a balanced character. It is higher than a healer like Erica but that doesn't exactly say much.
Tl;dr : A highly balanced character with helpful skill set and able to dish out good DSP with Mecha form. However she doesn't quite excel in any of her role if you want that from her.
In case anyone is curious, Sakura is my favorite character regardless.
