raphael is top priority since this is the first ssr light unknown weapon since sophie's gauntlet (though that's technically a strength-type). who knows when another one will pop up

does the unknown weapons need multiple copies to mlb? if so, will they restock?

yea you'll need 4 copies for one mlb weapon. i haven't exchanged for all yet, but i imagine that you can only exchange for 3 of each, and the last one you must get as a drop

personally i would say yes, but its up to you if you think the hp hit is worth everything else

ic, this should keep my hope up :3, although i never get any weapon drop from last SF collab , i guess they make drop kinda low for very hard - extreme, but still good to know, thanks
