Need advice to set up a good earth team for Celeste

Hello, I would like to ask for some specific advice, i'm currently using an earth team and i want to start farming dark now that i have good earth weapons.
I need some advice with Celeste, I can MVP Ygg, Levi and Chev/Lumi (never tried Colo and tiamat), but with Celeste i have hard time figuring which is the best team i can make.
For example, i first though Cagliostro would be perfect because she had a full debuff clear, but  she starts with a buff (autorevive), so she procs celeste's fog in turn one, also if she uses the debuff clear it also buffs, ending with the same debuff she was trying to clear. So it seems she is not that good, but maye she is still worth using with other characters, maybe she is viable with the help of Arulumaya's Veil, i don't know... i need this kind of advice.

So my questions:
-Which 3 characters should i use in the main pool and why? (Example: I think Arulumaya is a must because Veil protects from debuffs like undead)
-Which are good subs if thigs go wrong?
-With the team you propose, which is the best job to use with the main character, subs skill and weapon. (examples: DF with blind + light weapon to debuff the boss or earth holy saber + clarity for sustain)

Last question (maybe a bit unrelated), i'm thinking about getting nemoe if it is in eligible in the next surprise draw, do you think she is worth for me at this point? i mean, i have been told she is good early game but falls off at HL, with my current progress (rank 89, with already some good earth SSR) i don't know if she is worth, do you think she would be good againts Celeste?

Cag's auto-res won't proc fog (only atk/def/regen buffs do), but that doesn't really matter anyway since, being off-element, your only hope of doing much against Celeste is to abuse fog-lock - i.e. use buffs to proc the two-turn fog cycle to keep Celeste from doing anything else. There's a limit to how long you can stall; I think something like 10 times with each type of buff before she goes through with her ougi - I'm not really sure on the specifics since I've never hit the cap. The main thing to keep in mind is that you're going to be pretty much permanently afflicted with a DoT the entire time you're doing this to the tune of around 650/turn on all.

Cag/potato/Sara is probably your best bet. Cag and the potato will give you two ways to purge the undead buff so you can heal, and Cag's clear has the added "benefit" of procing fog the next turn, so it's a nice way to keep the cycle going while giving you a turn to heal up. Sara gives you two short cooldowns to proc fog (her damage cut and personal defense buff), and is almost enough to maintain the loop on her own; you'll either need to pack Rage on your MC or use Cag's clear + have a summon or two that have an atk buff or something.

Your MC can be w/e, really. Ninja w/fist and Sara will give you all you need to keep Celeste locked. Bishop can give you an extra heal if you're not dealing enough damage to get Celeste to 50% before the DoT overwhelms Cag+potions. DF's will make things go a little faster so long as mist hits. It doesn't matter as long as you can keep Celeste locked and yourself alive. Just don't rely on buffs since they'll be constantly purged.

You didn't mention your available summons, but if you have a maxed dark Carby, you can line it up with the dark defense boost Celeste gives you on the second fog in her cycle to reduce her ougi to around 1k damage - and have 2 turns after to let cooldowns recharge/abuse what multi-strike buffs you may have while taking minimal (around 300-400) damage to a single character before resuming the fog cycle.

Enjoy the most boring fight you'll ever have.

Thanks for the reply Ryd, very helpful!! As summons i have a 3* Dark Carb but sadly i don't have any summon that buffs atk/def, hopefully the character's buffs are enough to lock the boss.
One last question, do you think Nemone would be a good addition to my team? does she activate the fog with her stackable ATK buff? I'm thinking about ticketing her but i'm not sure if she is worth it now that i'm rank 89 and with the SSR i already have.

Nemone doesn't proc fog (and Stand in Line can't be purged), but that doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't ticket her. She's not a bad character, she just doesn't have anything particularly useful Celeste; hardly a measure of character value given how nuanced that fight is. If you want her, ticket her. Earth doesn't really have any characters worthy of instant remorse.
