It is undeniable that you are active, as I have been monitoring your login occasionally. However, other members in the guild have pointed out to me that despite your activeness, you hardly made any progress in ranking up over the last 2-3 months, while quite a few of our newer members who started off as a lower level, have either reached your rank or surpassed it. It is also unfortunate that we hardly see your involvement in guild raids/events or contribute to any significant presence during the previous guild wars.
Despite my best effort to retain you (as I have so chose to overlook your spot while many others were kicked prior to this), I have to come to a conclusion that your play style isn't a good fit for the direction our guild intends to go for, and thus the need to dismiss you at present.
My apologies on the lack of notification over your removal from the guild, and I hope you understand.
Oh? That's weird, I always favored guild mates on events and raids when they where looking for help. It's true that I might not be ranking up as fast as others but I normally play for about 2 to 3hrs a day, so maybe that's why.
As for GW, I though I was doing my part since I hosted and joined quite a few battles, but it seems that when I went online durnig GW only one or two guildmates where on, so it might be that we are on different times since I've never caught on assault time.
I think I wasn't present in the last GW since I was out from home for holidays for a few weeks but that's the only time I could think that I wasn't that involved with GW.
I'm not angry or anything btw, just found it weird that out of nowhere I was without a guild, and it's ok if you guys want to go for a more serious playstyle but it woud have been nice if you told people before hand what you expect from them from the beginning, since I though this was a "semi-casual" guild but seems that I was mistaken.
Anyway, thanks for letting me know and wish you guys the best of luck on next guildwar.

The guild did start off as a purely casual play style, but a change of leadership a few months back had steered the guild into a different direction. If there is anyone to be blamed for the lack of communication between members, that would ultimately be my fault. I apologise once again for that.
Though on my defence, it could have been nice too if you could have informed the guild that you were on extended holidays during major events such as GW. That would have given me some valid reasons to explain and convince the rest of the members that you weren't just a member by name to leech off guild benefits and not contribute sufficiently in return.
All the best in your next guild as well.
