the big guide has a list of the basic Zenith Perks. Usually you want things like Defense, HP, Double attack....for any class, then you can mix to what you think that class needs. Classes that only use one weapon like, Brawlers, Assassins, Wiseman...you can get both of their weapon 5% upgrades for a 10% increase.
I think all of the abilities cost the same for zenith points even for the tier 4.

Berserker - Rage IV + Armour Breaker II is what I mainly use to dish out a lot of damage. Armour Breaker II usually does around 500k (similar to Arrow Rain III, but adds a def down debuff instead of atk down on a foe).
Sage - Veil (from Bishop line). Curefen isn't as good as Clarity because it isn't raid-wide (so I prefer Clarity). Dispel Siege is the aoe version of Dispel (I still bring Dispel over aoe version).
Warlock - Chaser for bonus dmg when doing one-on-one attacks to foe. Dark Haze - buffed version of Miserable Mist; adds poison and blind.
Spartan - Centurion III - Negates DMG for an ally for 1 turn.
Chaos Ruler - I use Uplift + GW dagger (ele changed); this is a more offensive version of Dark Fencer. Charge attack bar gain will be faster for MC. Unpredictable is okay. Haven't tried Chaos Field yet. If you need the whole package of DF (Slow, Mist, Gravity), play DF.
Bandit Tycoon - TH IV/White smoke. I packed my Tycoon with TH II, III, and IV because I like to play her as a drop rate buffer.
