I'll help with some of the remarks:
Fire Metera:
This Metera revolves around her stacks. Using her first skill will give 5 stacks. The second skill will have an extra effect of Slow with a stack consumption. The third skill will increase threat level if Metera does not have a stack to be consumed. Normal attack will also consume a stack, regardless of DA/TA, to increase damage. Her ougi also does more damage with consumption of a stack.
Altheia (not Aretia):
Instant ougi and two attack skills, Altheia is very offensive-minded. Damage is fairly good in an element without many offensive choices.
Melleau:
Guaranteed TA for two turns and a skill getting 10% ougi, Melleau can get to full ougi bar in 3 turns. Her first skill increases attack and guards a debuff, but lowers her defense. Fairly plain and not much synergy with other characters.
Lennah:
She is the best healer there is, with a 3CD remove debuff from your party and a decent party heal. She can also help out by applying poison to your enemies.
Seruel:
His first attack skill is forgettable with low damage but only with 3CD. His third skill gives him 10% ougi gauge in addiction to medium damage. His second skill defines him, with an invaluable debuff shield, coupled with a high rate of DA.
Lady Grey:
A plain character with defense down, poison, and a strong attack, Lady Grey shines when she gets 5-star. Defense down becomes top-of-the-line. Poison can carry you with 25k per turn (less in raids). Her ougi also applies Undead.
Narmeya:
The first skill switches her between two stances. The second skill of the initial stance increases her DA/TA, while the third skill increases boss' mode gauge as well as applies slow. The second skill of the second stance applies defense down, while the third skill triples her attack power ONCE when the enemy is in Over Drive mode. This triple in power is the key to Naru as she can give your party twice as much attack power in a full ougi chain.
