Created a list of skills and skill descriptions for each Job offered in the game at the time of this post. People may find this useful in finding out which classes they want to master, as I find getting enough JP for multiple 3rd-tier jobs is unrealistic.
If I remember correctly, you earn +30JP per rank up. I'd guess that with a reasonable bit of time investment, you can get 2 3rd-tier jobs (ie. Hermit, Bishop, Holy Saber, etc.)
Some things to know:
EX Skills: These are skills that can be used with another job. For example, say you learned Rage after getting your Fighter to level 10. If you were to change your job to Ranger, you can set your EX Skill to Rage, so you can use it while you are a Ranger. You are limited to selecting 1 (one) EX Skill.
Support Abilities: Bonuses you get for having that job as your current job.
Master Bonus: Bonus to stats after you master a class (get it to level 20). These bonuses are permanent.
Prerequisites: Kind of obvious, but prerequisite jobs need to be mastered (level 20) in order to count.
Note: Though I'm not 100% certain, if I didn't specify that an ability affects all enemies, assume that it only affects the targeted enemy.
If it doesn't specify what kind of elemental damage the ability deals, assume it's of the same element your character is.
Some skill names may not be exactly accurate. Especially the Kung Fu and Ogre ones. Those were difficult.
