This is a rough guide to how to use Ninja Stun Lock and Celeste Counter Mist.
General Strategy:
Celeste will react to Attack Buff, Defense Buff and Regen Buff with Counter Mist cycle; she will react to each of these 10 times only. Any more than 10 times she will do her normal attack or charged attack if it's charged. As of now, I know she will react to Attack Buff 10 times, Regen Buff 10 times and Defense up 10 times separately. So that's total of 30 times if used correctly.
Celeste action Priority is as follow Void All(50%,25% HP) > Mist Counter Loop > Charged Special > Normal Attack. Celeste will react to buffs with Mist Loop and complete it with follow up Mist unless Void All get triggered due to HP but she will complete the Loop after Void All.
The idea is to keep her in Counter Mist loop and stun lock without her using normal or special attack while we deal damage toward her half life point.
What's needed:
WARNING: Stun only last enough for you do up to 6 Attack Loops; that's when no lag and all your chars do only single attack per turn and you didn't take any delay in between attack set. Normally, you can do 5 set of attacks or 4 with a summon in between. Stun only delay what's queued on enemy action list; it doesn't cancel any action. Only Charm can cancel enemy action with a probability.
This is someone video which demonstrate Ninja with Katana
My video with Ninja using H2H which require to add 1 extra Mist loop, I use Io's Regen Buff from her Ougi as trigger.
Alternative PT:
You can do the same thing as long as you met the Buffs, Clear and Heal requirement. Ideally, a Wind Team with Lena. She can Clear every 3 turns and her Heal All also has Regen so it can act as Buff Trigger.
You can also build a Inverse Attack-up PT like this one.

What's needed:
- 3+1 Buffs - 1 extra for when she resist Stun
- 2 Heal All
- 2 Clear All
- All Master De-buff Accuracy Bonuses include ZP for Debuff Accuracy within Ninja Zenith chart
- Average Team normal attack 32~35K with de-buff on Celeste.
