For surprise gacha ticket, which one is better between Amira or Jeanne D'arc? I don't have any SSR light chara yet for now.

For you I think better Jeanne as good buffer/debuffer. Next time better take Amira and then Sophia (revive ally) or Lennah (refresh allies) as healer.

Who should I start Dash between Amira and Jeanne? I got Ssr Ferry and Sophia. As summon i got a Kaguya.

Amira will works better with Ferry.  You use Amira to help build ougi bar fast for Ferry 3rd ability.

• Claris takes over #1 Fire from Percival
• Petra takes over #1 Wind from Birdman
• Dark Jeanne replaces Lady Grey; Dark Jeanne has the Defense Down as Lady Grey, plus a self-buff that puts her over Lady Grey

Get Sara first. Hallessena needs people to protect her, and MC on Holy Saber alone will have a rough time with that when you're also lacking buffs/debuffs. Judging from your other topic, you're probably still married to Dark Fencer for the time being, which is great for Sara since gravity+slow get you a lot more mileage out of her skill set.
